Message You can boost once fully engaged, but slipping for hard launches is bad.

As far as driving it hard first few miles, that doesn't sound too smart to me, and I've never heard that. I have heard change the oil at 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 3000 miles, or something like that. I'd email/call someone who builds motors for their recommended procedure.
